This Program has been developed to encourage all PIJAC Canada members and non-members operating a retail store facility to bring their store facility into compliance with standards of quality and professionalism the Program promotes. Applicants who successfully complete the process obtain PIJAC Canada certification status.

Today's consumers are well informed and more demanding. They place their confidence in companies that promote these standards of excellence. A PIJAC Canada Program certification decal is issued to successful participants to proudly display to consumers that the facility is indeed certified to the Program standards.

The Program is voluntary and is open to all retailers who have a valid operating license. Certification is awarded to the facility and is valid for a period of three years and may be renewed. All information obtained during the application is confidential and is used only by those directly involved in the certification process or as may be required by law.

The Program provides enhanced consumer confidence in the store facility and may assist in increasing business and customer loyalty.
