 Refund Policy

PIJAC Canada offers a number of products and services for purchase via this website. The following is the association's refund policy.

  • Refund requests must be received in writing

  • Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, a credit will be issued to that same card

  • If the purchase was made by cheque, a refund will be issued by mail. This allows time for the original cheque to clear the bank.

Membership

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of sign-up.

Seminars and Workshops

If participants are not able to attend the event, cancellation must be received at the office no later than 72 hours before the event in order to receive a refund. If participant does not cancel and is not present for the seminar, the seminar workbook will not be issued as the participant must be present at the event in order to receive the workbook.

Homestudy

A refund will be issued once the manual has been received by PIJAC Canada in good condition. Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Distance Education CD ROM

A refund will be issued once the CD ROM has been received by PIJAC Canada in good condition. Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Distance Education Online

Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Boost Your Business

A refund will be issued once the CD ROM has been received by PIJAC Canada in good condition. Refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Exhibit Space

Once a deposit has been received, it can only be refunded if an exhibit space is not assigned. Once a full payment has been received with a signed binding contract, the payment is non-refundable.
